The Shell Shade was conceived in the early 1970's by Jose Aman Produit (Swiss) in Carmel, CA., He incorporated sliced stone, especially jade, abundant along the Big Sur coast, as well as beach glass and seashells picked up on Carmel beach. Signed Perry Studios - Produit, and dated, 1975. The shell shade sits on a live edge wood base that resembles a wave, groovy! 19". Good condition.
