Acrylic on canvas. Signed and titled on verso. Paul Balmer (born 1964) was born in South Africa and studied art in Sydney, Australia before moving to New York in 1999. He counts the French Post-Impressionist artists Cezanne and Bonnard as important artistic influences, but his subjects concentrate on cityscapes along with still life and abstraction. The artist is currently represented by Caldwell Snyder. Frame: 26" x 51 1/2"; canvas: 24" x 50". Good condition.
