You do not need to register to use the site. When you create an account, you will find added conveniences including saving your contact information for an easier check out.

When purchasing an item, we require you to enter your phone number, email address and billing address. This is how we will contact you to fulfill your order.

HuntEstateSales.com is a fully dynamic shopping experience. You can filter your search by Event Location, Product Category or for items on sale, sort available items by Popularity, Latest, High-to-Low, or Low-to-High and use the Search Bar to find exactly what you are hunting for.

Please note unless you have filtered for “Event Location”, you are shopping multiple collections in different locations at the same time. Don’t worry! Most orders can be consolidated for pick up at a single location.

Each product is listed individually. The item description will identify what is included in the purchase as you may see an item pictured in a setting with other items.

Find the product dimensions, fulfillment date and location below the description.

Use the “Ask a Question” button to send us your questions and the “Make an Offer” button to submit your highest and best offer for review.

We will describe in words and show in pictures any and all condition issues or defects. The following terms are used to describe the state of each product’s condition.

Excellent: this item will be new with tags and/or in new and unused condition.
Good: you can expect normal wear and tear for the item’s age.
Fair: plenty of life left but with damage.
Poor: project piece.

We accept credit and debit cards; contact us if you would prefer to use another form of payment.

Use the “Add to Cart” button to add items to your cart, then “View Your Cart” to see those items added.

The “Proceed to Checkout” button will take you to a page where you will be required to enter your Billing Information and your payment information, review those items in your order, and place your order.

Having an issue at check out? It happens to the best of us. Contact us, we’re here to help!

Once payment is received, we will issue an email that contains a link to a scheduling app where you will be able to select a pick-up time on the complimentary curbside loading date specific to that collection.

Don’t see a time that suits you? Let us know, we can offer alternative accommodations.

We will consolidate, wrap and bag small items in your order and provide complimentary loading of those bags as well as for large or bulky item. Some exceptions apply.

Prefer delivery? Help us by adding DELIVERY in your “Order Notes” at check out and we will contact you with a quote. Need a quote before you buy? Simply contact us and we will provide one to you.

Prefer shipping? Help us by adding SHIPPING in your “Order Notes” at check out and we will contact you to arrange shipment. Please note shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and a separate invoice will follow.

The best part about estate sales is negotiating so don’t be shy to press your luck with our “Make an Offer” button. Use this button to submit to us your highest and best offer. You can keep track of your submitted offers by clicking the box “send a copy to your email” in the offer form.

Offers are responded to in the order they arrived. You can expect a response the same day, and, within 24 hours, if your offer was submitted at a time of high volume.

Making Multiple Offers?

We will consolidate your multiple offers in one response. You can help to alert us to your multiple offers by writing “Multiple Offers” in the message field available in the offer form.

Please note negotiations do not guarantee a sale or a sales price, as all items are listed publicly, and no sale is final until payment is received. This means that there is a chance that while you were negotiating, someone else decided to purchase the item at the asking price.

Please note your coupon code has an expiration so we ask that you proceed to check out as soon as possible.

Coupon codes are issued at the discretion of Hunt Estate Sales. We will not issue competing codes for the same item. Once a code is issued the buyer has 12 hours to proceed to check out. If the item remains unsold after 12 hours we will contact the buyer with the next highest offer.
