You must register at the checkout and to save your Wishlist. Please enter your phone number and email address carefully as this is how we will contact you to fulfill your order.

Forgot your password? Contact us and we will issue a temporary one to get you back to shopping!

How To Search The Site

huntestatesales.com is a fully dynamic estate sale experience. Stay informed of our new collections by signing up for our mailing list.

Filter your search by Event Location, Product Category or items on Sale. Sort the entire shop by Popularity, Latest, High-to-Low, or Low-to-High. Use the Search Bar to find exactly what you are hunting for.

Please note unless you have filtered for “Event Location”, you are shopping multiple collections in different locations at the same time. Don’t worry!  Most orders can be consolidated for a convenient pick up at a single location.

Find the item dimensions, location and complimentary curbside loading date in the chart underneath the item description in each product listing.

Product Information

Each item is listed individually. The item description will identify what is included in the purchase as you may see an item pictured in a setting with other items.

The item’s dimensions, pick up date, and location are located in a chart below the item’s description.

Each listing has an “Ask a Question”, “Make an Offer” and “Add to Wishlist” button. Please note in order to save your “Wishlist” you must both register and be logged in.

Statement of Condition

We use the following terms to describe condition: 
Excellent: this item will be new with tags and/or in new and unused condition.
Good: you can expect normal wear for the item’s age. Fair: plenty of life left but with damage. We will state in the description and show in pictures any and all condition issues. Poor: we will never list items in poor condition on our site

Check Out

Use the Add to Cart button to add items to your cart and View Your Cart to see those items added. The Proceed to Checkout button will take you to a page where you will be required to enter your name, address, phone number, and email as well as create an account and set your password. Once complete you are ready to proceed to our secure payment portal.

We accept credit and debit cards. Contact us if you would prefer to use another form of payment.

Having an issue at check out?

Order Fulfillment

Once payment is received we will issue an email that contains a link to a scheduling app where you will be able to select a pick-up time on the complimentary curbside loading date specific to that collection. Don’t see a time that suits you? Let us know, we can offer alternative accommodations.

We will wrap, bag and/or box and provide complimentary curbside loading for your purchase. Some exceptions apply, you will find a notification of exception within the product’s description.

Prefer delivery? Help us by adding DELIVERY in your “Order Notes” at check out and we will contact you with a quote. Need a quote before you buy? Contact us.

Prefer shipping? Help us by adding SHIPPING in your “Order Notes” at check out and we will contact you to arrange shipment. Please note shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and a separate invoice will follow.

Make An Offer Button

The best part about estate sales is negotiating so don’t be shy to press your luck with our “Make an Offer” button. Use this button to submit to us your highest and best offer. You can keep track of your submitted offers by clicking the box “send a copy to your email” in the offer form.

Offers are responded to in the order they arrived. You can expect a response the same day, and, within 24 hours, if your offer was submitted at a time of high volume.

Making Multiple Offers?

We will consolidate your multiple offers in one response. You can help to alert us to your multiple offers by writing “Multiple Offers” in the message field available in the offer form.

Please note negotiations do not guarantee a sale or a sales price, as all items are listed publicly, and no sale is final until payment is received. This means that there is a chance that while you were negotiating someone else decided to purchase the item at the asking price.

Coupon Codes

View your Cart” to enter your coupon code. Have you clicked “Proceed to Check Out” without entering your code? No problem, you can also enter your code on the check out page.

Please note your coupon code has an expiration so we ask that you proceed to check out as soon as possible.

The issuance of a coupon code does not guarantee a sale, as all items are publicly available, and no sale is final until payment is received. This means that there is a chance that after issuing the code and prior to check out someone purchased the item at the asking price.

Coupon codes are issued at the discretion of Hunt Estate Sales. We will not issue competing codes for the same item. Once a code is issued the buyer has 12 hours to proceed to check out. If the item remains unsold after 12 hours we will contact the buyer with the next highest offer.
